REFUND POLICY

We hope you enjoy your subscription to Charlette Magazine. If, for any reason you’re not satisfied you may cancel at any time during your subscription and we will promptly stop your service and issue a refund for any unmailed  issues within 30 days. If you cancelled your subscription, but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. Therefore, if you receive any invoices after you have cancelled, please ignore them.

Also, we do not issue refunds for any amount paid during the article submissions. Once you’ve submitted your article, the magazine reserves its rights to publish the content after the required editing according to our content policies.

In case you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect e-mail address on file. Please click here to verify your address. Your issue may also have stopped being delivered due to non-payment. Note: All subscriptions will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged in advance of each billing period as per selected plan unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle.
