Victoria Jancke, a well-known model and actress, recently opened up in an interview about her journey in the entertainment industry, her passion for women’s empowerment, and her future aspirations. Through her experiences, she has become a beacon for many, striving to inspire women globally. Below are the highlights of her interview with Astitva Tripathi, where she shared her insights and thoughts on various aspects of her life and career.
On asking about how she started modelling and acting, and what influenced her decision to enter these fields, Jancke said, “I began my modeling journey at the age of 16 after being discovered by a model scout. Now at 33, I’ve had the privilege of modeling all over the world. However, my true passion has always been acting. In my 20s, I took a significant step toward that dream by moving to Los Angeles where I studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. This experience led to signing with an agent for acting which eventually opened the door to my first TV and movie roles.”
When asked about what inspired her to start the Grow and Glow women’s events, and what impacts has she seen these events have on the participants, Jancke explained, “Two years ago, I embarked on a deep personal growth journey, becoming a Platinum Partner of Tony Robbins and exploring childhood trauma and feminine healing. This transformative experience led me to discover my true purpose: helping women feel safe in their femininity, confident in themselves, and empowered to follow their dreams. As I shared my journey, women began asking for guidance, which inspired me to create the Grow & Glow events. Over the past year, these events have successfully brought together women in Miami and LA, fostering a supportive community where we discuss topics like mental and female health. We’re now expanding to Germany and New York, continuing our mission to uplift and empower women everywhere.”
When asked about her podcast, ‘Living in Your Feminine’, what topics it covers, and what message does she hope to convey to its listeners, she shared, “As part of this journey, I launched my podcast *Living in Your Feminine*, a transformative exploration of womanhood. In each episode, I sit down with inspiring women to discuss topics ranging from women’s health and dating to miscarriage, entrepreneurship, and single motherhood. It’s like a deep conversation with your best friends—only with expert insights. This podcast celebrates and empowers women to live authentically in their feminine essence, offering practical advice and empowering insights for every aspect of life.”
When asked to elaborate on her movement in the feminine space, its core principles, and how does she envision its growth, Jancke expressed, “My goal in the feminine space is to help women feel safe and confident in their femininity, enabling them to succeed in all areas of life from business to personal endeavors. I aim to foster a supportive community of women who uplift each other and build feminine leadership as this is what the world needs.”
When asked how her background in modeling and TV influenced her approach to women empowerment, Jancke reflected, “My background in modeling and TV was challenging because the industry often pushed me towards an androgynous look which confused my sense of identity. I struggled with feeling neither fully feminine nor masculine despite being inherently feminine and attracted to men. This confusion led to an eating disorder and a lack of confidence. However, my experiences also sparked a passion for empowering women and helped me build confidence through walking runways, appearing on red carpets, and being on TV. These experiences ultimately contributed to my journey of embracing and celebrating my femininity.”
On the topic of supporting women’s empowerment beyond her events and podcast, she stated, “In addition to my Grow & Glow events and *Living in Your Feminine* podcast, I support other women by attending their events, backing feminine charity projects, and discussing feminine topics on my social media platforms. As an international keynote speaker, I focus on healing, building confidence, succeeding as a woman, and providing practical advice on following your dreams. I am also in the process of writing a book that will further explore these themes.”
When discussing the challenges she has faced in her journey, particularly regarding misconceptions about her stance on femininity, Jancke revealed, “Throughout my journey, I’ve navigated challenges in a masculine-driven world. Though I’m not a feminist, I’m committed to helping women connect with their feminine essence and fostering harmony between masculine and feminine energies. Misconceptions about my stance on men have been a challenge, but the positive feedback and my strong purpose keep me motivated.”
When asked about her upcoming projects, she shared, “My upcoming projects include the Grow & Glow Oktoberfest event in Munich at the end of September and the Grow & Glow Women’s Dinner in New York, which I’m very excited about. We’ll focus on women’s mental health with incredible speakers and influential guests delivering a powerful message. Looking ahead, I aim to expand Grow & Glow events globally—who knows, maybe even to Australia—where women can come together, embrace their femininity, and support each other in pursuing their dreams.”
When asked to give advice to young women entering the fields of modeling, acting, or social media, Jancke advised, “To young women entering modeling, acting, or social media, my advice is to stay true to yourself. Authenticity is key—people want real heartfelt connections. Don’t be afraid to say no, avoid filters, and follow your own path. Take it step-by-step like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, and you’ll eventually spread your wings and enjoy the freedom of flying. Surround yourself with a supportive community of women or, if you’re a man, a supportive community of men and always follow your dreams with confidence. It’s your life, no one else’s.”
Finally, when asked how she balances her multiple roles while maintaining personal well-being, Jancke said, “Balancing my multiple roles with maintaining personal well-being involves embracing the different facets of who I am and nurturing my creativity. I love my diverse roles from hosting events and podcasts to modeling and being a dog mom. To stay well, I prioritize rest and self-care, including regular pedicures, facials, and taking days off. Health is crucial, so I make time for rest and ‘me time’ to recharge. My morning routine is essential: I meditate for 20 to 30 minutes, journal about gratitude and daily goals, take deep breaths, cuddle and walk my dog, and read 3-5 pages. I stay hydrated, eat healthily, and enjoy life with positive people while avoiding toxic influences. Additionally, I work with a coach to continually focus on my personal growth.”
Through her candid responses, Victoria Jancke continues to demonstrate her commitment to women’s empowerment, using her platform to inspire and uplift others on their own journeys.
