Olfa Event specialises in organising prestigious events in the heart of Paris, with a mission to craft unforgettable experiences by overseeing every detail from concept to execution. The company handles a range of events, including trade shows, corporate conferences, product launches, and private gatherings. “Whether it’s a large exhibition or an intimate gathering, we tailor each event to meet our clients’ unique needs,” Yahiaoui shares. Known for innovative concepts, and a strong network of vendors, Olfa Event provides a complete suite of services, including venue selection, event design, logistics, guest management, and post-event analysis. “We’re constantly evolving, incorporating the latest trends in event planning to ensure that each event surpasses expectations and leaves a lasting impression,” she adds.
Reflecting on her journey, she explains, “I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together and creating unforgettable moments. My journey began when I helped a friend organise a corporate event. I quickly realised that I loved the entire process. Since then, I’ve focused on building my expertise and organising impactful events in Paris.”
Olfa Yahiaoui describes her childhood as a fortunate one. As an only child, she received abundant love and encouragement from her parents, which instilled in her values of independence and gratitude. “They always encouraged me to pursue my passions, and their support allowed me to explore many opportunities. I am very grateful for that,” she says.
Her love for the rich cultural heritage of France is evident in her work. “France’s art, history, and cuisine inspire me. Paris, in particular, is a hub of creativity and elegance, making it an ideal setting for organizing events,” she says. “The French lifestyle’s emphasis on quality of life and enjoying the moment is something I truly appreciate.”
A blend of Middle Eastern fashion influences and icons like Marilyn Monroe inspire her personal style. “The Middle Eastern fashion scene brings a unique mix of tradition and modernity, and Marilyn Monroe’s timeless style influences my love for glamour. France’s fashion heritage complements these inspirations beautifully,” she explains.
When it comes to self-care, Olfa keeps things simple yet effective. Her hair routine involves hydrating products, air-drying for a natural look, and heat styling with protection for special occasions. For skincare, she focuses on hydration and protection, never skipping sunscreen, and includes exfoliation to keep her skin fresh. “I believe in maintaining a healthy glow with minimal steps,” she notes.
Her biggest inspiration is her mother, whom she describes as strong, loving, and resilient. “Her ability to balance everything with grace has shaped my outlook on life. She taught me the importance of kindness, hard work, and staying true to myself. I strive to follow her example every day.” Olfa’s mother is also her go-to person for advice. “She’s wise and experienced, and I value her perspective immensely,” she says. Yahaoui also finds inspiration in her daughter’s fresh outlook, which brings joy and curiosity into her life.
Looking ahead, she is excited about future projects, especially her dream of launching a clothing brand. “Fashion has always been a passion of mine. I want to create a line that reflects my unique style and celebrates individuality. I’m also planning to launch a fragrance line, as I believe scents can convey emotions and enhance personal identity. With these projects, I hope to create a brand that embodies creativity, elegance, and self-expression,” she shares.
